What warranty does AHM Solar provide?
We provide a minimum 5-year workmanship warranty and pass on all manufacturer product warranties, which typically range from 5–25 years depending on the product.
Can I claim the Victorian Solar Battery Rebate?
Yes, if you:
- Own and live in your home in Victoria
- Have a solar PV system (or plan to install one)
- Meet income and property value requirements
- Haven’t previously claimed the rebate

What happens if I need after-sales support?
Our local support team will assist with warranty claims, system performance checks, and service needs.
Terms & Conditions
- Your solar system is supplied and installed under the Solar System Supply & Installation Agreement.
- Deposit is capped at 10%, with final payment only after installation.
- You are entitled to a 10 business day cooling-off period with a full refund of your deposit if cancelled within this timeframe.
- Full details are provided in your signed contract.
Refund Policy
– If you cancel your agreement within the 10-day cooling-off period, your full deposit will be refunded.
– Refunds may also apply in cases of:
• Major failure under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• Where installation cannot proceed due to site or approval issues
– Outside these circumstances, refunds will be managed according to contract terms and ACL rights.
